Complaints state that orders were placed and paid for, but the products were never shipped and now consumers are not able to get in contact with the company. In October 2016, BBB contacted Ooh La La Premium E-Liquids, requesting information as to why the business believes the customers are filing the complaints, and what actions the business has taken to help eliminate the causes of complaints.
