      No invoice, on his word told us he would get us a key fob an apple play with a back up camera for 1400. Was promised an invoice but it was only a receipt for the down payment. I ask for a detailed invoice and was told that the computer was down. Finally the car gets in and we go to pick it up and the man now says it’s 2,000 and he owes us a back up camera.. and tells us the key fob was never a part of the deal. So we told him we couldn’t afford the 2,000 and gave up the back up camera so we payed the remaining portion to get our car .1500. I go outside to listen to it and sounds worse than before, isn’t properly grounded and the dashboard was messed up. The apple play we paid for was a carperide brand that didn’t match the needs of our stereo. I came back and tried to be nice and he doubled down how hard he worked on it and then heard it himself and said it was a wiring problem and to bring it in and he’d fix it. Problem was I couldn’t afford more work done so I went and made an appointment at another audio place and was told he put a cheap system in. and now we’re stuck with a stereo system that doesn’t work and no Apple play because the one he installed kept crashing and the sound was so horrible we took it out. I have no receipt, it’s his word against ours and are out 1400 with nothing to show for it. My husband put up a bad review and the man made fun of me for thinking I lost my one key. I am a brain tumor, stroke and cancer survivor and my husband is a veteran.. he’s an uncouth man who we found out doesn’t know anything about installation or stereos but his father owns the building. The bottom line is he defrauded us of 1400 and the only thing we can do is complain and be out 1400. With no receipt, it’s his word against ours. I hope something good comes out of this because my stereo is awful now and we have no more money to fix it as I am on disability with less than 1,000 to live on a month
