  Pascal construction is one of the best construction company in **********,they are building my home at the current moment,the quality is amazing and very professional.On my own experience I have to be honest and recognize that doing my research only one single negative comment was on BBB and before I meke the contract I investigate that the only negative feedback came from a pool company owner that just to work with the owner of pascal construction.If you plan to build your home you can pass and look my custom and exclusive property on a corner lot next to the water.I recommend pascal construction 100% .Great Job for super nice price

  Pascal construction is building my house, quality of product high standards, customer service over the phone very professional,after searching around Cape coral for me is the best company if you plan to build a custom house like my,honesty and sincerity during the contract process was clear and until today this company met my expectancy and they are doing a perfect job on my new home.We have a lot next to the water on special corner lot,Pascal construction develop a custom house just for that lot that going to make our neighborhood beautiful.If you are thinking to build a new home in Cape Coral you will be more than happy with the result like the greater experience that me and my family have today .I recommend this construction company 100%.

  Stay away from this builder. He installs used materials . He installed used garage doors and then he charged us to upgrade - wow what a con artist. The impact doors and windows have dates on them so when we were told to check them because the warranty is based on this date, we found that they too must have been used as they are dated July of 2015 and have no warranty from the manufacturer. The builder charged us $4,000 to upgrade to a picture window in our dining room that was obviously used for another house as the window is dated July of 2015 and has no warranty. The builder NEVER goes on site to direct or check any subcontractors work and so the workmanship is horrifying. These are not "custom homes". He said that PGT window people were coming to install the trim. He sent 2 of his people in his personal truck (see picture) and they hacked the job. He told them to tell us they were from PGT but anyone from PGT wears a shirt that identifies their company and drives a company vehicle with a logo per PGT office. Also attached are pictures of the installed used garage doors as well as various other pictures of bad workmanship. We have many more pictures but cannot upload them all. Also FYI...I went through public records and found that only 2 reviewers along with myself and Kris Krick have houses built by this builder. There is a PUBLIC record of the builder on all homes and they can all be looked up. He also has pictures of our house all over his website like he did the custom work. We paid our own contractors to install all the custom tile and all the custom lighting that we purchased out of our pocket. We purchased out of our pocket all the door and cabinet hardware which we installed. We also purchased all plumbing fixtures including the toilets, all sinks and the tub and shower fixtures as the ones that come standard are as cheap as they can get them. THEY ARE NOT CUSTOM BUILDERS!!!!
