Illegal to refuse service to a customer with a certified service dog. Under Florida law and the federal Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), people with disabilities may bring their service animals to all “public accommodations,” such as restaurants, museums, hotels, and stores.

My husband and I have been going there almost weekly until today. After a Drs. Apt for child (not allowed to eat until after appt.) I placed an order to go. Child grew increasingly sick and needed to eat. I asked if we could change and eat in the restaurant. Everyone looked at one waitress who clearly loved being center of attention and she was beyond rude. We have a policy that doesnt allow a take out to eat in the restaurant along with very condescending remarks that were no less than a personal attack. Ill never darken the doors on either location again. Waitress needs to be on a leash! Evidently she was a long time employee which makes me rather confident the owners either have no idea or doesnt care. Its a shame.

Refused me service because I have a service dog. The waitress told me no dogs allowed even service dogs are not allowed because owner doesn't want dogs in restaurant. Asked for name of owner and she refused. Very rude. Had attitude. It is against federal law. Will never go back.
