  I keep getting the BioScience KetoACV gummies. The company has made it impossible to reach out to them. I WANT THEM TO STOP SENDING ME MORE OF THE PRODUCT!! I have 8 bottles (unopened) that I want to send back and have the company give a credit to my credit card. I cannot use this product. IT MADE ME BREAK OUT IN HIVES!! My doctor said to stop taking it. What should I do? Please advise.9that I want a refund to my credit card,

  All I can say to these people that have been ripped off , is,... See Oprah. She promoted this. Metric is the warehouse that sends it for them. Look for their number through BBB. It's there.

  i dont understand how i put a review last week and now its missing from here.i received another order and was charged ****** to my account. i didnt even receive the keto gummies i recd something else. i ordered a single purchase and not ongoing purchases. these people seem to be trying to steal everyones money and at least get an extra month of charges in there. im going to report them to a govt agency to get them addressed and out of business.im returning the package i received to the ******* ** office...seems they are the warehouse it comes from. it says metrics?

  Keto GT is a very unethical business. Unauthorized shipment and charges to my credit card without approval. The Online ad uses celebrates to promote the product, then when ordering the product, it takes you Keto GT website. The supplement facts and ingredients on the Keto GT bottle do not match the Real Keto products that Oprah and Spark tank sells. Keto GT product is fake. All Keto GT product that come to the my door will be returned and not paid for. My credit card is canceled as of today. It is sad that they are so many online SCAMS. Be upfront and honest.

  I saw no change and had no plans to reorder. However I received a second shipment today that I did not want or authorize. This is a huge scam and they should e stopped. I want my money back

  My computer was hacked and in about a week I received this message: Your order (xxxxxxxx) has been received. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped. The charge on your billing statement should appear as BioScience xxxxxxxxxxx. PLEASE CHECK YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS BELOW TO ENSURE IT IS CORRECT. I checked the history log on my web browser and it reflected that I had not accessed their website. I discovered that they had charged my LLBean credit card which I have not used in over a year. The fraud department at LLBean caught this unauthorized charge and refused payment in the amount of $199.99. In about a week I did receive their product of what I think is Gummie Supplements. I have not opened the package. I have closed all accounts and had them re-issued. I just wanted the BBB in Clearwater to be aware of what this company tried to do to me. At this point I do not know if I should send the product back or just put in the trash. **** *

  After my initial order I didn't see a difference but also had no plans to reorder. It was a surprise when I received my second package. I looked them up online and made a request for a call/email and also called the number on their website. I left a detailed email and voice message that I wanted to return and to cancel any future shipments. No one responded nor did I receive an email on how to return for refund. I have called several times with no response. I now have 3 bags of Keto-Gummies unopened that i want to return. I finally got a representative on the phone who told me that it was my fault for not reading the fine print regarding it moving to a subscription, She "approved" my cancellation of my subscription for next month but only offered a 30% discount on the price of the product for the month. I have 3 months of payments at at about $130 that I did not agree to. I do not agree with the policy.

  Last year long ago i ordered the Keto GT. the product does not work. Then to my surprise i just received another 5 bottles. when i called to question this they said I was charged the very low price of only $59 for all 5 bottles. I could return these but i would need to pay for shipping plus a $10 per bottle re-stocking charge. terrible company and a waste of $59.the good news is i did just a emailing confirming to cancel any future orders.

  One time order which gave me a rash. But received 2nd order I didn't order. Sent emails three times about this and to cancel my account but no response from company. May have to cancel my credit card to stop 3rd shipment. Not happy with charge and not hearing from company.
