    After good experiences for 15 years, I believe they committed fraud. Purchased live seminar for Nov 2023 on July 27. Global evidently went out of business in August. Their website is down and telephone is disconnected. I tried to contact seminar speakers directly that Global contracted with - No response from them either.

    Global CPE called and called for me to register for Seminar for January 2024 and they are now website isn't working, phone number is working and terrible reviews. I think they stole people money. How can we file an official complaint against the owners.

    Global CPE contacted me (the sales person's name was ****) renew my subscription and was told I had 1 year to use the subscription. I went to take my IRS Test last week and the message is "the server is not found". I even tried their Facebook page and it is also down. They charged my account on 5/31 or $149. No one contacted me about going out of business. It is so unfair for them to steal from people like this. I've checked the Public Records in Hillsborough County and it appears that they have done the same thing in the past with different company names. I want to tell this company that as a paying customer I expected certain level of responsibility and transparency both of which seem to be lacking in this situation. Therefore, I expect a full refund for the unfulfilled services. Failure to address this issue will force me to explore legal avenues to protect my rights as a customer.

    Global CPE contacted me prior to my subscription ending to sell me another year. My card was charged on August 1. They then closed. This is fraud.

    Have dealt with them for years with no problems. *** a call for renewal and I called several times to obtain the promised receipt. No joy *** an email from the ******************************** that they will not accept any CPE from Global after October 17, 2023.Checked my credit card and Global had submitted 2 transactions--one on Oct 4 and one on Oct 17 of this year.Obviously they knew they were going out of business.Does BBB pursue fraudulent business?

    Hotelier trying to determine if they are in business. I have a contracted space for an event but unable to connect with anyone. Is the ***************** location open?Phone number (800) is disconnected. Left several messages on the other number I located along with emails. Also reach out to my contact via LinkedIn and no response.

    Don't do business with this company. They apparently have gone out of business and charged my credit card after they closed. The phone number no longer works and they do not respond to communications.

    I renewed my yearly subscription back in in June with their promises they would add an additional 3 months to my annual cpe subscription. I tried to access the website last week and there is no sign of the website. It appears to have disappeared. Also, no one picks up the phone on their customer service line. I have tried multiple times. I would like my money back, but it appears the company may have gone out of business. Please alert everyone that this company appears to be a scam.
