    I renewed my contract and paid for a year of unlimited CPE with Global CPE on 4/28/23. Went to use their services on 11/29/23 and the website was shut down and the phone mailbox was full and no one answered. Upon some research, many are having the same issue and it has been assumed they went out of business.

    Enrolled in 12 months of continue education courses. I went to log in to work on some of the courses. The web site is gone. The phone number don't work.I would like to see a refund for the cost of the course $299.I have been using companies like Global CPE for a decade. I have never had a company close up. There were not emails or any other kind of notices to let me know they were closing. I

    I paid them in April for a year's worth of access to their CPE training and now I cannot get access. Their website is down.

    Global CPE charged me $199.99 for my CE course. They are no longer reachable via phone, website, or email. The business closed without any notice. I need a full refund and all certificates on file. I must renew my enrollment agent status with the *** before January 31, ****, and I don't have any documentation of the courses I have taken over the past three years. I'm requesting a full refund since I have not received any qualifying CE credits from them this year. The *** no longer accredits the business, and I must purchase a program with another service CE provider.

    On 4/7/2023, Global CPE sold me a continuing education contract that expired on 6/30/2025, for $349.00. When I went to sign up for a course, I find that their website is no longer accessible, their business phone number is disconnected and there is no way to reach this company! I would like a refund of my money.

    It appears that the company is out of business. The *************************************** revoked their authority for CPE about a month ago. I lost $399 for a renewal that was effective in October.I just want the BBB to list the business as being OUT OF BUSINESS.

    January 2023 i renewed my cpe contract for 2023 until Jan 2024. I was supposed to attend the tax seminar in savannah Ga. on the 1st and2nd of November. I arrived after checking the email for any changes and found out there was no seminar. i am not only out the amount for the seminar but the amount for gas and motel to attend the seminar. no notice was given as to why there was no seminar. this company should repay the amount to all the people who were scheduled to attend. only through Facebook which i do not have an account did i find out they are in trouble.
