    I am a senior they decieved me and said they would help me with my property split. They charged me up front and promised to get this property split done quicky and submitted the wrong info to hillsborough county. The county themselves told me this during a zoom meeting with this company and they cause a ton of trouble in finding a new surveryors starting my project over. Redoing and repaying things because they expired due to all the time they took. They were very disrespectful and unprofessional.
