If no stars was an option, it would be ZERO. Im unsure how this company stays in business. They have done nothing but royally screwed over my family member during their workers compensation process. Missing payments and openly telling the lawyer they forgot to submit it because they were on vacation is extremely unprofessional. That person should have been paid the following week again, because that was their SCHEDULED pay date. Ironically its been late a week yet again and still no back pay has been paid, and no phone calls returned. They are complete scam artists and clearly lying in their files and paperwork because how can they get away with skipping payments and than not paying the late percentages that the person is owed (Says it on ALL paperwork!) They deserve to be shut down as none of them are competent to do their job correctly and efficiently

If Ratings could be 0, I would give that instead.Transitioning my workers' compensation case from ******** to ******** with Next Level Administration has been a frustrating ordeal. While my experience in ******** required minimal communication, the need for clear guidance and support upon my move to ******** exposed significant flaws in Next Level Administration's practices.******, the adjuster overseeing my case, demonstrated a lack of knowledge and responsiveness when I repeatedly asked for assistance with transitioning my care providers. Instead of providing clear instructions, ****** offered vague names and attempted to deflect responsibility onto my previous provider, saying it was his responsibility to help me transition providers even though it was very clear it is hers.Attempting to communicate with ****** or her coworker, *******, proved to be more difficult than it should ever be. I have had to send multiple emails seeking clarity on mileage reimbursement and care transfer. Getting responses about my transition to ******** was like pulling teeth, and questions for mileage reimbursement were met with silence (I have sent 4 follow *** and heard nothing back). When you do get a response, do not expect all the questions you ask to be answered or to get more than a vague sentence or two in reply. This lack of responsiveness is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the company's professionalism. While I've had positive experiences with providers directly involved in my case, Next Level Administration's inability to effectively communicate and support clients is deeply disappointing.I was required to use this company due to my workers comp claim. However, if youre in the situation where youre given a choice not to use this company, RUN! 0/5
