    In 2017, we had 3 sliders, 2 windows, and a door installed by Grayhawk. Our representative, **** *******, thoroughly explained the process and the product that would be installed. The job was performed on schedule and very professionally. The last 2 months, having gone through 2 major hurricanes - ***************** with no damage and no water intrusion made us realize we had made the right choice. Thank you Grayhawk and **** for an excellent product and an excellent job.

    They get a ZERO from me. They do shoddy work, they don't care about the customer. They are slow and go off wrong contracts, they don't honor their crappy work. When it comes to custom orders they don't have a clue on how to do it. We had ordered custom windows and when they came in they were all wrong, they didn't care just put them in and expect you to pay for them even though they are totally wrong. You ask to talk to someone it takes weeks for them to get back to you. Our 10 day windows is going on over a year, because they want to put ***** on your place when you're not happy and refuse to pay for their messed up job. Nothing is what we ordered. Cranks don't work, door won't close right, windows rub and make noise when you open and close them, screens pop out. You can see light coming through under the door. It's crazy they expect to get full payment for crappy work. They don't care about their customers. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. Not to mention they go under several different names.
