    I placed an order from this company on Dec 11, 2023. I have heard NOTHING from them about this order at all. I reached out on Dec 29, 2023 by leaving a phone message as well as I emailed them too on that day. It's now Jan 2, 2024 and I still have heard nothing back. I just sent another email. When I tried calling them, this time it rang and rang and then became a weird fast busy signal but I could never leave another message. I spent $179.95 and would like to either hear back from this company ASAP about my order or get a full refund. It's very unprofessional of this company to not respond at all to a customer that placed an order!! Shame on you!
