    My young adults 19 & 20 (4 month shy of being 21) were traveling home from ************* to ************** and didn't get past the lobby. I understand they are under 21, but I called multiple times to confirm they would take my pair for check in late and leave early. I was told yes on all multiple occasions and to book online. So, we did and then called them back to give the confirmation number and were told they didn't need that and just to check in when they arrived. They arrive just after 11 p.m. and were turned away due to the age. I get it. And now my kids were out of town and on the street with no place to stay! I was in panic mode. Rude at attempted check in and rude when I called and of course they denied it all and kept the money for the reservation, hung up in my face multiple times and told me not to call back. So now no place to stay and money out of their travel budget. These folks are just wrong. As a parent I called to make sure there would be no problem at check in. I will not ever consider staying at this place ********* can you book online if underage?

    Smells of p***, dumpsters (near every room door) homelessness, dog p***, and mold. No shower curtain, no hot water, no towels, no hangers, no mirrors, and a half a roll of toilet paper! The electrical outlets in the wall do not work and there is extension cords everywhere, very unsafe, and those don't work either. Lotsa fungus mold and rust ( another FUNGUS) growing on walls.You can see daylight between the cracks in the doors and big enough for snakes, rodents, birds and bugs to come in the room. Only stay here if its raining FECES and P*** outside. This place is unfit for ANY human life. I became physically ill from the MOLD AND FUNGUS growing on walls and the bad smells. This place should be burned to ash for the FILTHY FUNGUS AND MOLD alone. Great if you're toothless, homeless, and a person of disease. I've stated in garbage dumps in Pakistan that were better. UNFIT FOR HUMANS. UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE SICK FROM TOXIC MOLD, FUNGUS AND A RUSTED AIR CONDITIONER. THEN THEY TELL YOU THEY "DONT DO RECEIPTS", WTF IS THAT ILLEGAL NONSENSE. I AM CALLING EVERY HOTEL Bureau in FLORIDA. THESE FRAUDS ARE GOING DOWN BIG TIME. REPORTING THEM TO MY CREDIT CARD COMPANIES TOO. ITS LIKE STAYING IN A 3RD WORLD FILTH JUNKYARD!! I WOULDNT BE SURPRISED TO LEARN THAT THERES CHILD TRAFFICKING, PROSTITUTION AND TERRORISTS RUNNING THIS "BUSINESS" ??????
