My intention to establish an ongoing advertising campaign with this company began in good faith over 3 months ago. However, I must share my concerns regarding the lack of professionalism of management services. The warranty information I received was taken directly from their website, so I believed in the beginning that they were a standup company. However, I have come across numerous customer complaints echoing similar issues that I have experienced with them. It appears that their business model tends to overpromise while underdelivering. Literally "UNDELIVERING!" Upon reviewing the mailing list, I found it unacceptable for my application, particularly because it contained no addresses in my coverage area & up to seven duplicates of each party. it would not be beneficial since they do not care to target anyone within my coverage area. Furthermore, it seems there is little regard for where these materials are sent once they leave their site & receive payment. While I cannot recover the losses or wasted time and effort on this matter, I feel compelled to inform others in my field about my negative experience. Hoping this feedback will at the very least warn others before they go down the same Rabbit Hole. A voicemail I received from the Management Dept yesterday stated that the matter is closed & that she went to the top of the ladder to try and make it right. She was unable to find anyone willing to resolve the issues that they were with my mailer & they were unable to provide a refund. However, I am having a hard time believing that anyone with a Real Estate Background and BIO such as Steve S******* would tolerate such incompetence from his staff. Most likely he is unaware of how they are treating Real Estate Customers, so I sent him a letter directly. I am going to print all of the emails and message threads to pass along to him in good measure. With so many great companies out there to work with I would stand clear of this one.

My own fault for not checking the company out online first. The first red flag would have been that it's in Florida, scam-central for the United States. Like the others, I purchased postcards to advertise real estate. According to the website, the cards should have been printed and in the mail within 1-2 business days. When I asked for confirmation that they had been printed and mailed, I was told the company's tracking system was down so they couldn't tell me if the cards were delivered. I didn't ask that - I asked if they had finished the PRINTING and delivered the cards to the Post Office for mailing. I was given a runaround story about the hurricane delaying shipping, even though the dates the company claimed to be closed were a week before I even placed my order. And I was told that their print shop doesn't tell anyone when a job is completed, nor do their runners tell anyone when they deliver items to the Post Office. I was told to just wait for my copy of the card to show up in my own mailbox. This story is the same one I've heard from other companies that scam their customers, most notably Country Club Directory. Thankfully,

*****, thank you for your feedback. We take these concerns seriously, as our 25 years in business has been largely based on providing good customer service. We are in no way a scam company. We were indeed closed for several days for the hurricane, as it impacted our coast directly, and mail was delayed in this area due to the storm - however, this likely did not impact your mailing timeframe. I spoke with our **************** Manager for Postcards today, and she informed me that immediately following a chat you had with a team member, she reached out by phone right away and left you a voicemail detailing the following:

Your order was placed right as our office closed on 10/5. Our turn-around time for orders is ***** hours, and your order was printed and provided to the sorting facility for mail on 10/7. The following Monday, 10/10, was a postal holiday. Your order was mailed first class; estimated delivery time according to **** is 5-7 business days. According to ****, business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. At the time of your contact with us, your postcard was in the mail stream for two business days. With first class mailing, our tracking typically shows up on the 5th business day. As of 10/13, the Postcard Manager has not received a return call, but will be reaching out to you again today to attempt one more time to contact you in hopes of resolving your concerns.

Thank you for the opportunity to serve your real estate marketing needs, and for sharing your feedback with us.
