    Weve used Sleuth frequently, theyre quick to assess issues for our tenants and the techs immediately follow up with detailed feedback and photos. Theyre always willing to help when needed and answer any questions concerning the findings. If you have a leak theyre who to call!

    Experienced water encroaching on carpet. Plumber called and they suggested Sleuth to detect where water was leaking from.Sleuth responded very quickly. ************** ***** was extremely professional, and answered all our questions. He found the leak, excavated the area and placed a temporary patch on pipe. Instructed us to get a plumber to complete repair.***** was very kind, informative, and very thorough in his exploration to find the leak.     I discovered some water intrusion in one of my exterior walls. I placed a claim with USAA and they hired ****** to come inspect my property. The extremely quick scheduling (less than 24 hrs between call with USAA and inspection) as well as the quick work of the leak detection and immediate feedback on possible remediation was extremely appreciated. Both the scheduler and the tech were extremely professional and the tech was able to fit me in earlier in his day at my request to work around my schedule. Would highly recommend this company.
