  The previous review left me skeptical but Im glad I chose this company. I had my old pool deck taken out and replaced. ***** was very knowledgeable and easy to communicate with. His crew came on schedule and finished on schedule. Pricing was fair (obtained a few estimates) for the location and extent of work. I am planning to use this company in the near future for paving my driveway and sidewalk. I would recommend ***** from Solafide services to anyone looking to have pavers done.

  ***** ripped off my 90 year old mother and 84 year old invalid stepfather. He had numerous items that were installed incorrectly and had shotty workmanship issues to which he claimed he would repair. ***** would drag his feet and end up not fixing what he claimed he would. He then claimed all of those issues would be classified as "Change work orders" and charge my mother for their rework. He kept claiming that I was changing the scope of work, yet he correctly charged me for those changes and my mom paid it. I would give him detailed drawings on what I wanted. Yet he still managed to mess it up. Several times he would make a claim that he was sending a contractor to fix one of his failings, but the guy would never show up. Some of his subs would complain about *****'s communications and not getting paid to finish the job in its totality. While I was out of state ***** came to my mom and said all work was completed and he wanted his final check. Mom unfortunately paid him. When I arrived back in the state I called and texted him on the matters at hand to be fixed and the items that were NOT done. ***** charged mom for materials and work that was never delivered. Seventeen times thru out this project he told me he would show up but never did. ***** borrowed some of my tools and took them with him or left them out in the yard to rust. I told him to bering them back twice. He said he would, but didn't. I sent him a bill for those taken tools ($130+). He ignored me. He took materials that I paid for and when requested / demanded them back. He left trash and remaining remnants of construction materials. I told him to remove them after laying and blowing around for six weeks. I sent him a bill for its removal, he ignored me on all these items and texts. I had to start bringing others in to start fixing things. I told ************ was going to send him the repair bills, *****'s response was silence. He finally blocked me from communicating with him further.
