  Company gave quote and staff arrived and moved all of our furniture off the lanai. Their machines didnt work due to water pressure. Staff reassured that job would be done; we spoke to owner who came to evaluate. He was asked to call my husband to share his assessment but rather walked out on the job and left all the furniture outside of the lanai. The professional manner to handle the situation would have been to communicate the concern to the homeowner and return furniture to original space as agreed upon in contract. This was a very unprofessional experience, and do not recommend this company.

  We absolutely communicated with the customer that we would be back the very next morning in the hopes that water pressure would return to normal. This was a few days after Hurricane Ian and area water pressure was down due to water main repairs locally (per county utilities office). Furthermore, the patio furniture was slated to be off the surface for 2-3 days while the work was being performed - the customer was well aware of this. So I'm not sure why she was so angry about her furniture being off the surface for one extra day, but it seemed to be her only complaint when she called. We gladly offered to come back out that same day or the next to replace the furniture, but she did not want us back on her property and was quite angry. In my opinion, this was a very simple miscommunication without any cost or loss that impacted the customer whatsoever. Furthermore, weeks earlier we had performed a repair on her driveway, which was completed to her satisfaction, but she still has not paid us for the work. After 30 days we will send the outstanding debt to collections and place a lien on the property.
