      *********************** is the one Im referring to. I would write zero stars to his service, staff and office personnel including ******* but there are no options for that. Unprofessional, arrogant and beyond negligent. Mohs surgery was not correctly explained and was told after the fact they cant close up after doing the surgery. Be aware of this! They will do a biosy without explaining to you what happens after the fact if a Mohs surgery needs to be done. They send you off to another place to get closed up if the other place is closed you have to wait until the next morning. This was not explained before doing a biopsy if not I would have chosen another place that actually cares about their patients. Rude and careless place! Wet his shirt doing the procedure and left him with a shirt with blood and wet. There is an I house surgeon but he doesnt take all insurances. Poor planning on the offices part since patients that need to be sent out should be taken care of before others to make sure they are seen the same day and avoid them going through the pain of getting anesthesia again.
