    Over the last 2.5 months, Ive logged 15 errors, resulting in numerous trips to the airport to address problems. The vending machines were originally scheduled to arrive by June 14, but I did not receive them until July 17. Upon delivery, I discovered that certain products didnt work correctly. I was promised the coin cover, 5th shelf, and payment by the 16th, but all of these have experienced issues. *** now requested different coils to ensure the products fit properly, yet I am being asked to cover the cost for this adjustment. This is not acceptable, as the machines should have been fully functional upon delivery.

    This company is double charging for laundry services. When you call the ************ (who the apartment complex works through for laundry services), they turn around and contact Kiosoft. I did two loads of laundry. TWO. They charged me $7.50 twice and then told **** that it was authorized apart. $15 for two loads of laundry using the washer and the dryer. Something illegal is going on here.
