  Words cannot express the OUTSTANDING customer service, the AMAZINIG quality of workmanship, and what an EXCELLENT job from start to finish Deck and Drive provided. We were very surprised the timing and schedule were perfect and as exactly as described. We met ******** **** on January 8th, 2025, she listened to and understood our dream driveway and much to our surprise she was able to design exactly what we wanted to accomplish. We needed our two-car driveway to be transformed into a circular driveway in our small front yard (we live on a pie shaped lot) and to not disrupt our plants/trees. She did it!***** ***** did an excellent job of communications, coordinating and keeping the job on track, he was fabulous to work with.****** ***** was very helpful with some changes to our original plan due to new City requirements and allowing us to stay with our dream driveway/not disturbing our plants/trees.***** and the entire crew were very professional, polite and respectful of our property.**** came on March 8, 2025, to seal the driveway, what an awesome guy! Job is complete and we are very happy!!!Many of our neighbors and walkers have stopped by expressing how beautiful our driveway is, and several of them have asked for information on the company we used. We are PROUD of our driveway and to tell the world DECK and DRIVE is the company for all your paver needs!

  I had an awful experience with this firm. They come to your home and tell you how great they are and their customer service is the reason why people go with them. I had a total experience. Firstly when I tried to contact the sales person. Is email and phone I had zero response. Call their office, no one gets back to you. When they installed the pavement they didnt do the greatest of work. They forgot to place a weed barrier. At the time of purchase it was a must. One I told them what happened they said it not a must. They just refunded me $200 for not installing. They have a lifetime warrently and told them to reinstall with weed barrier but they didnt want to. I WOULD NOT recommend this company. We paid a little more than we should for pavers thinking by paying a little extra we would have better workmanship and communication with the company. It was the worst experience from the contract we have used for our house.

  Worst business Ive ever dealt with. Sold pavers & told theyd be installed soon as theyre in stock. Weeks go by and Im told .. they have to order them. More weeks go by. Finally Im told they will delivery pavers Monday. **** will be done in 1 day Tuesday. Then Im called at 9:16pm Monday night to cancel Tuesday. They will come Wednesday Im told, done in a day they promise. Then wrong pavers were delivered. So we had to deal with that. Then Wednesday Im told Thursday theyll be done! On Thursday Im told they can only do a 1/2 day. However theyll be back Friday and be done they promise again. I questioned these promises. Friday at 3:55pm only 5 hrs of work Im told that the 1 hr of rain at their lunch break.. will have to delay Friday now. So I complain because at that time it wasnt raining at all and hadnt for hours. Do they stay a bit more. Then it rained & they had to go. So now Im waiting for Saturday. I assume more excuses. Horrible unprofessional business. Left 4 pallets in my side yard 6 days now to kill my grass. Get me in trouble with my HOA . Not finish a job and leave tools everywhere. Wherl barrel, some minimal trash and just go. No one who comes to work knows English at all.. yet your supposed to tell them how to lay it. Why did ******** take pics for them and a video them? Seems like a company who doesnt put a customer 1st. Had better things to do even if they promise you day after day after day. ****** care you have an HOA and leaves everything around until they feel like finishing a job. Absolutely disgusting.

  Id give zero if I could. Please stay away from company. They didnt take care to do a good job. Too many problems to even explain here. My money taken they left me with the need to soon employ another company to fix the mess they made
