  I can’t say enough great things about Anywhere Computer Repair! I was referred to them by my sister after I told her about the problem I had: Microsoft Outlook error messages kept popping up to upload the new Outlook program, even as I was typing in Word or Excel or PowerPoint. After the 8th or 9th time that blasted message popped up, it seemed like I had no choice but to upload the new program. However, none of the emails from the old program transferred to the new one, even though I very carefully followed their instructions, nor could I forward emails from the old to new program! I called ACR and spoke with Paula and she scheduled to have Dan come out the next afternoon. The 1st question he asked was if I wanted to keep the new Outlook program? I said NO!! He asked if I was okay to delete it? YES!, as long as it won’t delete the emails in my old program. He said it wouldn’t. It only took him a couple minutes to delete the new Outlook so he asked, since he had not used the entire hour, were there any other issues I was having that he could fix. I told him several things I’d love to have changed. He changed every one of them. When he finished, I asked if he also worked on televisions (technical programming issues) and he said he could do that! I felt like I struck gold! I’m an end user and have zero technical skills. I am truly impressed with how polite both Paula and Dan were, how quickly she was able to get someone to my home and how he wanted to solve as many questions or issues I had because their fee is per hour. It ended up that it took him 1½ hours to make the changes I asked about. I thought that their fee was per hour, so I expected the charge to be for 2 full hours. He said they only charge the 1st full hour but pro-rate the remaining time. So, the total ended up being $195 rather than $260! I’m very glad that I found Anywhere Computer Repair!

  I had several items I needed to address for my laptop. I was impressed by the fact that Dan was ON TIME and was very knowledgeable. He was able to address all of my concerns as well as providing some advanced training. Dan was very polite and attentive to my needs.I would highly recommend their services.

  Anywhere Computer Repair met and surpassed my expectations. **** is amazing. He fixed my printing problem and as an extra bonus, restored audio to my PC. All this was done at my home in less than an hour. Strongly recommend Anywhere Computer Repair.

  This company is excellent!! I called them after my computer was hacked. I was so distressed! *** came within several hours of my call, and was very professional! He checked my laptop Thoroughly! and answered all of my questions. I also appreciated his showing me how I was overspending on a company who used scare tactics to keep me purchasing more. I cannot tell you how satisfied with the service I received today!

  *** at Anywhere Computer has been our go-to computer guru for more than 15 years. There has never been a problem he could not fix.and quickly! And when were at our northern home, he can work remotely, still fixing any problem that comes up or finding any file I think Ive lost! I once asked him how he can possibly have such broad knowledge of all the technology out there.his answer: I dont know; its a gift.

  *** and his staff of Anywhere Computers were recommended to us by a national property management company 3 years ago. We have used this firm exclusively for our MAC and Windows computer systems, as well as miscellaneous complications with our IPhone, Sonos and Simrad devices. *** has removed computer viruses and made recommendations to minimize viruses; recommended back up systems and restored lost data; assisted with the operation of Turbo Tax and Quickbooks. Most recently *** assisted me with a purchase of a new MAC and the installation of software such as VM Ware and Windows on my new MAC. *** has strong technical skills and can explain complicated matters in clear, understandable language, never talking down to people. He will contact vendors if necessary to solve problems and is effective communicating with them. The office is well run, and they have a good system for taking appointments and monitoring the schedule.
