    Ive had issues with my unit since buying it and one of the first things that needs to be done is covered under the **** Since it all goes through GBM whom our *** uses to manage our property its not getting done. I had a major leak from the upstairs unit destroy my air return box and it molded all of the insulation out and there is extensive damage to the walls which they are responsible to fix - its actually the only thing the *** covers in these scenarios. Over a month Ive tried to get this rectified and ***** at Gulf Breeze Management has done absolutely nothing for me. I always get a let me see when **** can get to it and never hear back after that. I have asthma so mold and such are a huge risk to my health and anyones health for that matter. I guess Ill be calling in the ************ to document all of the damage and record where all of the excess moisture build up is so we are sure to remove all of that sheet rock that is affected. My guess is Ill have to get it all done on my own and send the dry ***************** to GBM - Im going to take a wild guess that they wont ever pay me back. This is by far the worst management company Ive ever had to deal with and Ive lived all over the country. Listen to what the others say and research the ***s choice of Property Management before you buy anywhere - they can literally ruin your entire living experience.
