I have always enjoyed their products - deliveries consistently come much faster than expected, and recently when I received an incorrect product, I reached out, they responded right away, and not only sent me the right product but several of them and a cool t-shirt! AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS! So I have been ordering and dealing with this company for quite a while. But with the last few months, I have had my orders messed up. All orders were missing items, and were delayed by months!!!!! Can you believe how this is important to bodybuilders!!! They rarely answer phone calls. To be honest, customer service through emails is very respectful and nice, but the company never help them with providing the right information about orders. Im in the process to reach out and deal with different company that would take my bodybuilding journey seriously.Review fromJustin H

Placed an order on November 30,2022 and its currently December 20, 2022 and I still have not received my full order. **************** has no update and phone service does not even work. I have attempted to contact, but get the same automated message. I have had to go and spend extra money on product because I still have not received my order. Ordered some protein powder. A couple days later received a BOGO deal code. Contacted their customer service and asked if they could honor that deal for me to which they did immediately and sent out another protein tub the next day. Company will send out discount codes through text with a link to shop. Only for you to get to checkout and the code won't be valid for items in the cart. Text says nothing about exclusions or restrictions. Very bummed. Bought from this company a lot in the past. Anyone recommend a new protein company?

The products are great, and the customer service even better!! Sunshine, a Redcon1 representative has gone above and beyond in giving me a top notch service in more than once occassion. She is very knowledgable and friendly. This is the type of customer service businesses should have. Speaking about the products- I especially enjoy the *** bars. Bars come in many delicious flavors- Cookie dough and crunchy peanut butter being two of my favorites.
