    Placed a large wholesale order and the company refused to respond to any messages about the progress on the order which was supposed to ship at the end of March. Took until June for me to finally request a charge back from my credit card.However, they continued to run social media as if they were an active company and release Mothership branded versions of the item I ordered many many months prior.Avoid at all costs for small businesses.

    I revived a Terpometer device that was unable to charge when I unboxed it. The device later began to create a burning chemical smell after I had tried to get it to charge a few times over a couple of days. Based on the smell, it seemed that the battery was likely to catch fire, so I disposed of it.I contacted their customer service through email and I informed them of the issue. They said I must send the device back for them to honour the warranty. I explained again that the device was likely to catch fire and that I disposed of it, and asked if they could help because of the circumstances. They gave me a 25% off coupon which I thought was a slap in the face. I spend over 100$ on the product, and the customer service refuses to honour their warranty, then tells me sorry, heres a code to buy more of our defective junk! Outrageous. Stay away from this company.

    Fantastic company with a even more fantastic product. Had bought the terpometer from a **************** but unfortunately had electronic/mechanical issues causing charging difficulties (most likely from sitting on shelf). The company was very understanding of my concerns and resolved my issue completely, quickly, and hassle free. Truly appreciate your company and product, thanks again!
