    AUTORENEWAL ***** - you cannot cancel if you forget to stop your autorenewal. I forgot to cancel so I emailed (no phone or other option) and asked if I could get a prorated discount they haven't even mailed the first box but forgot to cancel. I hate the autorenew is not sent out as a reminder (they bank on this). They said will get ALL of the 6 months boxes, which I don't want, because they do not do refunds for any reason. Disappointing customer service, generic responses, not even willing to even attempt a solution. I will change my review if they are willing to help in SOME way.

    This company is not what they claim. The items are no name products most of which you cant even find a review of online. They only gave face and hand creams, one makeup product and a book. Nothing else.

    Christie - HI!  We always want our members to enjoy their orders and were sad to hear that the two boxes missed the **** for you!  The *************************** the boxes ordered contained jewelry, a sweet treat, a candle, travel kit and more, in addition to what is listed above.  We have added a discount to your account and hope to have the opportunity to surpass your expectations in the future.

    I cancelled this subscription and they charged me anyway. I have contacted them numerous times and get no reply. I have not opened the second box and even asked how to return it. Again no reply.

    The Paradise Delivered team is sorry to hear that ***** was not happy with  her recharge and didn't open the second box she received.  However, in checking *****'s account we see that not only had she not previously canceled her subscription, it is still not canceled.   In addition, in checking our subscriber email, we do not see that we have received any emails from the email address given here.  A member of our customer service team will reach out directly to ***** using our customer email account.
