  I've been calling the ********** Florida corporate offices since July 1 to speak to management or corporate customer service and no one has returned my call as of July 14. I have a customer service complaint about one of the cash services drivers; it was an unpleasant interaction, exacerbated by the fact that he was texting on his cell phone while waiting for his co-worker to return to the armored car with cash. You would think an employer would like to know that their employee is texting instead of paying attention to his surroundings during a cash pickup! If I needed a security company at my place of business, I would never consider this company due to this incident.

  Worst company to work for when it comes to armed security. I worked for the *********, ** office. I did armed truck delivery. It was a hectic time when multiple companies were getting shot at and we got daily warnings about it in our morning briefings. I told them I wanted out but I would do it the right way by giving my two weeks. So I used THEIR computer to type it up and turn it in by hand. I told them I was willing to work out my two weeks and be done. Respectfully! The next day I came in to work as we discussed and they told me to turn in my vest and my uniforms and was told they didnt need me to work it out. But the union lead who was retiring at the time begged me to stay. I felt pushed away by management and the only person who wanted me there was the union leader who knew I came from a union family. He respected me but management didnt. So years later I applied for a coin job in the vault. Because of how that all ended I was denied rehire YEARS LATER! They have ZERO respect for people once they leave even if its on good terms. New staff was totally unaware of the situations years prior. So I was the bad guy for no reason. Now I cant get a job again. They also black list people.
