      Owner ***************** of One Florida LLC is not a legitimate run realty office in fact the office does not even exist in **********.He scam me for my deposit of $1,415.00 which he was trying to rent a apartment to me but he owed the association money. Upon finding out he refused to pay me my deposit back which he made me pay the deposit to a CVS.Stay away from this guy and business because he is a scammer.He will also rush you to sign your lease

      One Florida Realty has been in business since 2009 and our office is located in *************.  ************ found a condo on our website that he wanted to rent.  He was approved by the owner and provided with a lease that he signed for a move in date of 2/1/23.  He immediately paid his required one month security deposit to secure the unit and then completed and submitted an application directly with the condominium association with the knowledge that he must receive *** approval for this community prior to move in.  While the application was processing, ************ continued to search for apartments and found something else and notified our company that he no longer wanted the unit because he found something that doesn't require 1st, last & security to move in.  I explained to him that we have a signed lease, the *** gave approval on 1/30/23 and that he is legally bound to this signed contract.

      Our company has processed thousands of applications and moved in these tenants throughout the state of Florida successfully since 2009.  We have been working with the community that ************ applied for nearly 20 years and have never had any issues.
