    This company has a VERY misleading operation. They know their name is similar to the popular company Global Tel Link, their logo and colors are similar as well. Global Tel.com, is accepted by very few inmate facilities, and try to up-sale their post card service in exchange. I set up an account thinking it was Global Tel Link, and immediately after entering my credit card information I was charged. I realized I didn't put in a facility or inmate name so I knew something was wrong. I immediately reached out to the company to cancel and request a refund. The representative chuckled and said yeah, everyone thinks we are Global Tel Link. I told him that having deceptive practices is not good business practices and he informed me that I should have read the terms and conditions, which clearly states they are Global Tel .com and there is a non-refundable processing fee...the monthly service fee is $45.99, and the non-refundable fee is $14.99, almost half of the monthly fee.This company is very deceptive in it's business practices, they know it, and almost brag about it when you call to cancel/address the issue.
