  I know all businesses (and people) are not perfect and make mistakes; but, I have used *****'s plumbing now for replacement of my AC *************** replacement of my water heater, and also for follow up maintenance and service on my new AC unit. I have had different technicians every time and each one has been extremely helpful, very polite and always on time for my appointments. They always explain everything they are doing, what they have done and what needs to be done. I have never felt prices were outrageous and believe, as a small family owned business, ***** and her employees (that I have personally dealt with and spoken to) have always been accommodating, helpful and polite. From my experience(s) with her company I would highly recommend *****'s Plumbing; and I do whenever I see someone on ******** asking for recommendations and I also recommend to friends when they are looking. I believe, as a community, we should do our best to support these family owned businesses and help our community members and their businesses to flourish.

  BEWARE!! Do yourself a favor and find another company. This one will just rob you.When I made the appointment for leak detection and estimate for repair I was told there would be a price range up to $528 depending on how extensive the search would be. Not true! They charged top dollar to walk around taking pictures for 10 min and used nothing but a cell phone and tablet. Even the receipt states "tech will locate leak with electronic leak detection equipment & sonic leak detection up to 3 hours". The actual location of the leak wasn't even pin pointed but just narrowed down to within an 80 foot stretch.When I called to discuss how unfair this price was , I was told the owner would be calling me back. Instead a "customer service rep' calls and says basically that the agreement was signed and nothing else can be done. I'm wasn't looking to get something for free but certainly a fair price for what was done. Someone walking around for 10 minutes using no detection equipment should never have cost anywhere near $500.

We sincerely apologize that we were unable to meet your expectations on how long a leak detection should take, the training or the knowledge we have for finding the leak or what it should cost. We strive to offer solutions that meet your needs and that's why we give up front pricing before ever starting any work. You authorized the technician to perform a leak detection and offer a solution. We did perform that service as well as offer a solution. Then we offered to credit you the entire leak detection towards the repair but you declined. We also noticed you went on multiple platforms to leave negative reviews in an effort to slander our company. We are a family owned and operated company with integrity that does not rob people, as you stated. We always try help our clients and do our best to make everyone is happy. I am sorry that we didn't meet your expectations on this visit but I will make sure we take the time to retrain our staff to do better next time.
