      Assumed I was speaking to a rep at Nelnet spoke to a *********************** stated she could consolidate my student loans if I made 3 payments of $182 so gave debit card info & 2 check stubs. 2 payments were taken out in ****************** but was skeptical when 3rd payment did not come out in March, contacted legit Nelnet they stated had no history of any payments made and that my loans were in Forbearance already until October 2023. Did a ****** search on the phone number realized others had been scammed as well!!! following up on my bank on this to get credited back but **** time i call the just get voicemail message. They need to shut that company down & hope this is helpful to others

      I was told that my loans were in forbearance and that I only had to make three payments and submit my information and the rest of my loans would be forgiven because I had a disability. I asked for my money back and no one responded.

      This company gave me the impression I was talking to Navient directly in regards to my student loan. I was directed to give personal information to which the gentleman pulled up my loan information. I assumed he worked for Navient but a few hours later realized that I should not have been charged for seeking loan forgiveness. They stole money from me and lied when I called the company back stating they dont have my name on file. Im out $481. Huge mistake on my part trusting people onlinefully pretending to be my loan company!

      ****~.........I called what I thought was my loan holder for my student loan. It felt fishy and the $399.00 seemed wrong but ***** kept reassuring me it was all good. After I completed their forms on DigiSign I was told all my info would be transferred to **** of *********** was very uneasy about this so decided to call again and was advised I was more than likely scammed by these people. I feel very foolish.
