"I was a customer with ********************************************* for more than 6 years with no claims filed. I paid on time on a quarterly fashion and unfortunately on the last quarter on October 2024, I did not receive a reminder to pay my bill and they canceled me immediately on November 29th, when I realized my payment was not sent I called them immediately/ my agent called them as well and they would not reinstate me as of December 10th when we called." ... "Do not under any circumstances deal with this insurance company. I had a claim from October 9, the adjuster came out and left half of the stuff out that I pointed out to him so I had to file a supplemental claim for everything that he missed, submitting receipts, pictures and quotes." ...
