  I am rejecting this response because:
  

  The company HSQ Group never requested access to our private property. 

  I confirm that we want to keep the rights of our private property, but unfortunately the company HSQ Group do not understand the rights of private property. Also we confirm that the company HSQ Group refused to provide copy of license, insurance and scope of survey performed on our property. We confirm that the individual driving a white pick up truck from HQS Group parked illegally over the grass, drove over the grass (even with our property having plenty of paved parking spots). The company HSQ Group attached photos to this case with evidence of removal of grass from an area and perforations done to the soil that were never restored to original conditions.

  The allegations from HSQ group of "berated, threatened, and harassed" if false and not true. In fact we are the ones that had their personal trespassing into our property. 

  We also confirm that all communication to HSQ Group was made on a professional way, and we cordially asked if they intended to return to our private property, but no reply was provided.

  The complainant unfortunately doesn't understand the process and protection provided from the State of Florida regarding surveyors needing access to their property. We have been berated, threatened, and harassed by the complainant for the last three days, along with a fictitious negative ****** review and complaint to the BBB.

  I requested to see pictures of any damages done and once received I reviewed the pictures with the complainant and it was clear that their was no damage. Our survey truck pulled onto the property and turned around to pull off, there were no circles or marks on the grass. A probe rod was inserted in 3-4 spots which are approximately 3/4" in diameter and pose no potential harm to anyone walking in the area. We have no business with complainant and are authorized entry to the property per Florida Statute 472.029.

  Two pictures are attached that were sent to us by the complainant showing no such damage that we have been accused of. Again, we do not now nor have we ever, had any business or relations with this individual.

  HSQ Group has done nothing wrong, illegal, or unprofessional to **************** property. Per Florida Statute *******, our surveyors completely have the legal right to enter the property and perform their duties. We have no business with this woman or her company. As previously requested numerous times via email, we will not continue to be harassed over this matter and are demanding ************ to stop with these outlandish complaints.  If the harassments does not cease and desist, we will be forced to take appropriate legal action against ************ and will seek all available damages and remedies.

This may indicate this company don't even have a license and insurance to do survey services. We confirm that the individual driving a white pick up truck from HQS Group parked illegally over the grass, drove over the grass (even with our property having plenty of paved parking spots). The company HSQ Group attached photos to this case with evidence of removal of grass from an area and perforations done to the soil that were never restored to original conditions. So in fact HSQ damaged our property, and also drove a vehicle on a non driving area.
  The allegations from HSQ group of "berated, threatened, and harassed" is false and not true. In fact we are the ones that had their personal trespassing into our property and being harassed. 
  We also confirm that all communication to HSQ Group was made on a professional way, and we cordially asked if they intended to return to our private property, but no reply was provided.

  HSQ group left us with no other option, so we had to open cases with Better Business Bureau, law enforcement and other legal ways, to ensure they do not trespass, damage, and illegally drive over the grass into our property. 

  HSQ Group also is threatening and intimidating us by continuing with this case on Better Business Bureau as you can see on their last communication.
