    I regretfully signed an agreement with Armadi Closets in ************** on February 3rd, 2023, for custom kitchen cabinets. This decision spiraled into a distressing experience, riddled with disillusionment.Our initial consultation demanded plywood cabinets for quality and durability, shunning MDF. Yet, upon installation on May 18th, 2023, the shocking discovery was every cabinet was constructed from inferior MDF, utterly disregarding our specific request.Compounding this, the installation turned into a two-week ordeal, marked by inefficiency and abandonment. Their lack of organization led to a three-day hiatus as they attended to another client. Upon return, they worked a mere 4 hours. This unprofessionalism is utterly unacceptable.Adding insult, the coffee machine cabinet's installation ignored our illustration's specialized door inserts, instead using standard cabinet doors that serve no purpose. This blatant disregard left us dismayed.I caution against working with Armadi Closets. Their unreliability, poor products, and service disappoint. Seek a company valuing customers and upholding commitments. Armadi Closets has revealed its incompetence and untrustworthiness.
