"If you come to Middle Florida do not stay in this place is nasty they do not clean the bed and the pillow sheet are currently and properly also if you make a complaint they make it give you a hard time to give your money back unfair that happens to me but it did they refuse to pay me the whole reimbursement even though that I didn't stay because the sanitary condition on this place and the funny part is that this place open few months ago and now they haven't visitors somebody should investigate this place they also put a lot of false advertisement on the internet about how beautiful and how clean they are when they are not also the customer service especially there's a female in the front desk very rude that when it comes to some problems she always give you some kind of attitude overall if you want to spend the night and crash in a nasty place be my guest but for a family and kids to crash for one night I wouldn't let my kid touch that those beds I hope somebody read this especially in the DVD and take a note."
