  This is a scam.I was charged $37.57 per month from March to August and never agreed to it for $6.95 pair of socks I bought on 2/22/23. My Citi/Costco voided all but March and April. Please void those 2 mos. or $75.14.

  This is a rip off. I feel for the suppose wonderful offer of a knee sleeve for $6.95 which I got in 04/2023 then I started getting $37.57 fees each month that would post to my account around the fourth of each month. I never saw that $37.57 was a membership fee. This is never posted on the advertising of this knee sleeve but in fine print per terms on their website. I have written to the company requesting the wrong size was sent to me so I couldn't wear the item so what is the exchange requirement, you do not have authorization for any more transaction to my credit card, yet I was still getting billed. I final was able to get a person on the phone to STOP these payments, I will dispute the new charge that is pending on August 2, 2023, if I don't get a credit back along with, I am supposed to get a confirmation through an email on what was discussed with the customer representative.

  DO NOT PURCHASE TRIAL OFFER!! THIS COMPANY HAS NUMEROUS COMPLAINTS WITH THE BBB FOR OFFERING A TRIAL PAIR FOR ONLY SHIPPING AND HANDLING AROUND $6.99 Once they get your credit card information you will be charged additional amounts for either VIP membership ($37.37/mo),, a monthly subscription or additional pairs that you never authorized. These are a very cheap product that you could probably get on TEMU for a fraction of the cost. Check the BBB complaints first if you decide to order! BUYER BEWARE!!!!

  I placed an order to receive a 'free sock' for the cost of $6.95 S&H. I received that sock, and I thought that was the end of it. However, two weeks later, my credit card was charged $37.57. I thought maybe I would get another sock. But no, I did not! I should have done my research on this company, and I am embarrassed that I did not. Unfortunately, they charged my card a total of 4 times without my authorization. Today, I contacted the company to request a refund of all the unauthorized charges. The customer service representative told me that I had been enrolled in a membership program that would allow me to get discounts on items on their website. I was totally unaware of that although the CSR told me that they had sent an email to me (which I never received). If I had known my initial transaction was anything beyond a single purchase, I would not have signed up for it. I may have to take a loss on my money, but I (apparently along with many others) want this to be a warning to anyone who may remotely want to take advantage of the 'free sock' offer. This company is a scam! I can totally understand why their BBB rating is an F. They deserve 0 out of 5 stars!

  Scam. I just want my $59.97 that I was charged for a VIP membership. When I ordered the knee brace, I did not see anything about a membership. Four days later they took $59.97 out of my checking account. I canceled the membership, but they want give me my money back. They just keep saying that it is under review and they will get back to me in 2 hours. It's been 2 1/2 weeks and I still don't know when they are going to return my money. They get 0 star rating from me.

  Scam - plain and simple They advertise on Social Media and offer "free" socks etc and you only pay Shipping and Handling. once you enter your credit card, they charge you $38 for a VIP Membership, which they only mention once you scroll past the testimonials on their site. Had to dispute the charges with my credit card company.

  About backsocksleeve.com they're scammers an they know it. I ordered the knee brace for just $6.95 shipping an like other reviews they say I signed on for monthly membership that's almost 38 bucks a month. I didn't sign anything to be a member. Said by purchasing the brace you sign on to be a member. But they don't tell you that..they sneak to your account an take what they want. 3 times they tried to get the money out of my account. 9 times in one day. But they didn't get it. No stars!!
