    This is not a complaint about the quality of work. This is simply to warn consumers that JTI Roofing will NOT pay for damages they do to your air conditioner. Their roofers cut my A/C line, and work had to stop until my A/C guy repaired the damage. My cost was $675 to repair the pipe and to replace 10 pounds of refrigerant. I've done some research and found many companies have liability insurance and will pay for this sort of damage or will credit your bill for the damages. Ask up front before you enter into an agreement with any roofing company as to whether or not they will pay for damages they cause.

    JTI replaced my roof in 2018 and did a great job. In 2022 hurricane Ian rolled through and we experienced a small leak. I called in and received on site service the next day. Problem solved. Excellent customer service!
