    I shipped a large item (vintage GI *** USS ***** Aircraft Carrier) that I sold on **** with this *** store. There were two boxes required and each was insured for $100 by default.The largest deck piece arrived to the buyer with a piece broken off. Pictures of the box show damage like it was dropped. I had to refund the buyer $200 as a result. I brought in pictures and documentation showing the damage and the before / after pictures of the items and requested a full insurance amount of $100 (only 1 box was damaged).After ignoring my requests for status on the request for about a week, I finally heard from Vinny - I'm getting $21 and change back from ***.Do not use this store. *** shipping is a scam. They refuse to take accountability for mishandling my item and refuse to pay out the insurance amount that was included by default. Rip offs and cheats.
