      I have a HUGE Oak tree and have had Strobert trim it out 3 times now. Each time requires big cherry picker trucks and lots of machinery. They are extremely careful to avoid property damage, and they clean up after themselves so that you would barely know they had been here. I have always been MORE THAN happy with their work and their prices. People were all courteous and professional. I recommend them to anyone who asks.

      Abysmal Communication from the office scheduler. They have my $1125.00 deposit. Repeatedly called. No response. Unprofessional. Incompetent.

      We have spoken to her several times and the issue has been resolved. Her deposit has been refunded in full on the day she cancelled service. Unfortunately she did experience some miscommunication and that was explained to her and we deeply apologized. A member of our scheduling department left for personal reasons and work was being shifted to other employees to try and fill in until we had someone to take over. As with any business when there is a sudden change in a position, mistakes happen.

      We had hoped to have two large trees removed from our property in a couple of months due to needing to arrange with Delmarva due to power lines. Unfortunately we said we had some unexpected bills and would not be able to pay the remainder following the 30% deposit so we had to cancel. I guess their ~15 minute visit and contact with Delmarva was $1,950. I wish my pay rate was that high for such a short time! Just be careful if you work with Jay as he was extremely pushy to sign during his visit and did not really like taking no for an answer. Their website states 0% financing for residential customers which was not true according to Jay. It was our stupidity to sign during the estimate visit and just want to give others a heads up to be more careful than we were with the people of this business. We never even got the detailed proposal sent to us for the work either as Jay was too quick and too pushy. No paperwork we received even stated the deposit was not refundable. The trees will remain for the foreseeable future years, and we are out $1,950 for just talking less than two weeks ago.
