    Done Right installed new powder room vanity and replaced the corroded piping underneath , right done to connecting pipes in basement. Not the lowest price but competitive. They knew exactly the way to proceed. No guesswork. Thoroughly examined existing piping before beginning. Gave me my choice of buying vanity from them or go to Big Box. Kept to their estimate. Clean, timely. Work completed same day, June 2024. Two years earlier they installed Badger 5 garbage disposal with 3 yr warranty. Today, April 1, 2025 they came to replace the valve in the tank of powder room toilet because when I used it and tried to flush, it wouldn’t. The tank was empty. That was weird, but I’m not savvy on plumbing so I called Done Right. First, the technician checked the shut off valve. It was turned off. When he opened the valve the tank immediately filled up correctly. He asked if I had turned it off. I did not. I don’t mess with plumbing at all. He did not charge me for the visit out to my house. The toilet has been working fine since the update last year so the valve had to have been open all this time until it wasn’t. So now the only question I have is who turned off the valve and why. Too bad they can’t help me with that,too. I recommend them highly.

    What can I say. Done right today is an amazing company. Technicians Ryan and Reed were so personable and professional. I was in need of a new water Heater. They showed me 3 choices I can choose from and once I made my choice. They Explained what they were going to do and Bam!! New water heater in.
