    I ordered something off of Vestiaire which used Sendle. While initially I thought this was a delivery provider I now realize it is useless because when my package was not delivered and I reported it they ultimately decided it was delivered and gave me the USPS tracking link to declare the package as lost or stolen. I never once was given information things were being sent by USPS until this was an issue. The package never showed up on my USPS Informed Delivery either. Useless company. 0/5 stars. Do not recommend.

    I had a package sent with them. They say that they cover any damage to it up to $150 if the package is not delivered on time or damaged. It's a lie! My package took 5 days to be delivered, and it was perishable, so it exploded in the box from the heat, They refuse to honor and pay me for the damage. ??????
