    Awful...I paid the amt PLUS THE $79 fee to receive 3 copies. I have emailed, called, and messaged their Customer service multiple times asking where are my forms PLUS they owe me a $115 refund for expedited service which I never used, contacted for that too and never received after they told me 2 'tickets' were put in. They took my money but no one is contacting me and I paid on 9/10/24. I'd give them a NEGATIVE 10 if I could. I want my money back at this point. I'm done.

    Do not use this unreliable company! They do not produce documents that can be filed with the court because of many errors, incorrect information and very poorly rendered documents. Their customer service is horrible, and agents will hang up when questioned about the poor quality of their product. It took weeks before anyone would reply to email messages. Extremely disappointed with their service.

    This is a scam!! Do not use them for legal paperwork.. they will try to con you into a monthly membership after you pay for service!!

    from the first time I tried this site I had problems. They would communicate via message through e-mail. The on-line chat was NEVER up and working. They have several hidden fees. The rush fee isn't exposed until after you either hit by accident or intentionally. Either way they don't offer the chance to deny the charge and then you get charged for professional help. where that comes from I have not idea since there is little to no communication. I had to send my papers back several times as the corrections were not corrected. I have since turned this over to the BBB.

    This website is complete fraud!! You can file the same paperwork for free through the courts! Don’t use this website! They will overcharge you anyway! They lied. Their customer service is horrible! They have lied and just go through the courts so that you can save yourself money!!

    This is a scam. Stay away. They will take your money and never refund you. On top of the charges, they want to take out a monthly fee of $55.00 dollars.
