I have resided on one of your properties for over two years, until recently, we were satisfied with our apartment. I recently had issues in our apartment beyond our control and I have filed and called as well as emailed everyone I can think of and the current property manager ****** ****** has been everything but professional! She has lied, harassed and threatened me to the point where I have filed court papers against her. I still have mold in my apartment and we have been getting sick. The city of salisbury did an inspection and claimed there are no signs of mold, I found a certified company as well as hygienist that say the opposite, and now they wont renew my lease because they claim I haven’t turned in everything when I have. They want to push out the people that have valid concerns and it is not fair at all for my children and I to be forced out yet AGAIN due to circumstances beyond our control. The regional property manager also sides with her so the complaints I have filed were a waste of time. They are all completely unprofessional and more needs to be done ASAP! I have never been through or seen so much just because a tenant is making complaints about valid issues. The property manager, the first time I couldn’t stay in my unit, was told by management to move me into another unit, after paying to stay somewhere else while my unit was getting construction done, I found out that she not only lied and did not offer me another unit, but she then lied and told them I refused. This is beyond professional, people like that do not deserve to have a job that is supposed to assist families with needs. I am beyond exhausted with this complex when all I wanted was a SAFE habitable home. I am in Schumakers place and I am sure once this is read they know exactly who is complaining. And by the way, there are several other families that have concerns with their units but they don’t know who to talk to because Carlee Thomas does nothing but harass the tenants!

The Property Manager and maintenance man gossip. You’re not allowed to smoke on property yet the maintenance man smokes in his Apartment, as well as hired help. I had two bad leaks and they never replaced or cleaned my carpet, I was told that it’s my responsibility, when it’s theirs as written in the lease. The maintenance man is sneaky and has loosen my PVC pipes connected to my AC unit causing an odor. Reduced my water pressure. My window locks on my aluminum windows broke, and instead of fixing it correctly, gave me window clamps for the track. They sent me out fake appointment dates for pest control. Wrote me up for breach of contract a couple of times for leaks that never happened and when I confronted the property manager Charlene Calhoun, she then apologized. I was warned about this place just after moving in. And after reading the reviews, everything that was told to me was true they will try to make your life a living hell until you leave. As said in many reviews about this place.
