    They came out and charged 89.00 to conduct diagnostic on tankless water heater, determined it needed blower motor replaced, estimate 950.00 repair. We were told the part had to be ordered, after 3 weeks of waiting and still no hot water, I called and was told no update as to when they would get the part. I then called the manufacturer directly, found and paid for the part then had it shipped to my house the next day. I called Bill who was apologetic for the manner in which they handled it. I then questioned what the cost of the repair would be since I essentially got the part myself. Bill told me that the repair was a two hour job and that it he would try to give us a break due to the fact that they dropped the ball. Next day repair man arrived had the blower motor installed in 20 minutes, so Bill was extremely misleading in his estimate, but in the end the company did not charge us for the repair, which is why I am giving 3 out of 5 stars. Otherwise, it would have been zero!
