      1 hr heating and AC installed a new oil furnace last Thursday 12/05/24, there was a glitch that occurred the next day and they were here within 30 minutes and took care of the issue and have gone above and beyond. Thank you Eddie, the manager Big Thank you to Tyrell, my Friday fixer And thank you Eric for cleaning everything

      Ramon was prompt, professional and courteous. The office staff were also very helpful. I have used One Hour Heating for over 10 years and have had no issues with their service.

      Timely response. Ramon was polite and professional. Even though the furnace started working I had One Hour come for the service anyway. Ramon worked to locate any issue which he did fine. He explained the process as how he found the issue. Unfortunately the part has to be ordered. I’m glad I kept the appointment.
