Service call to replace a wax seal on a toilet, $424 for an 88 year-old widow. No explanation for outrageous charge despite repeated phone calls and requests.

Thank you for taking the time to submit a review about your experience. Per our policy, the price was given upfront before work was completed, which was approved and signed by a representative of the customer on site. The issue was rectified with management, if not same day, the next day of receiving the phone call after multiple attempts to contact the homeowner's niece. We trust that this issue has been resolved per the satisfaction of the customer which was stated at the time of conversation.
