      I think that this company is unscrupulous. I was buying 2 tickets for a performance that was taking place at the Arrow Arts Center in Cambridge, MA. The price quoted was $101 per ticket. I thought it was higher than expected, so I checked with my friend who was attending with me to ensure that she was O.K. with the price. Once she approved it, I made the purchase. However, when I printed the tickets, I noticed that $55 was printed on the ticket, so I was charged double the price for each ticket. I felt cheated at that point, and I thought that my friend might feel that I was trying to cheat her out of money, since she would be reimbursing me for the amount that I quoted her, and not for the amount plainly printed on the ticket. Then, once I saw what was debited from my PayPal transaction, there was a service charge of $65.72 that had not been previously disclosed, in addition to another delivery fee of $4.95. I immediately went to the company's online chat to find out what was going on. It was at that point that they disclosed the exorbitant $65.72 service charge, which definitely should have been disclosed before the purchase was made. I feel that this company displayed deceptive behavior that cheats people of their money as well as important information needed to make wise purchase decisions. It did cause me to feel distressed to realize that I had been scammed! I hope that this review will somehow get seen by others and eventually get this company exposed for their devious behavior!       Fraudulent company in so many ways: you think you're buying from the venue you selected but they intercept and sell you tickets under the same name. You later find out that the real venue has no record of selling you tickets. The real venue can then sell these tickets legitimately so you end up with no seats. You may never receive your bogus tickets because they are selling you seats they don't (yet, or if ever) have. I paid over 3x the value for these seats, and an outrageous service fee ($295.00). I will never receive these tickets and am out over $1200.00. They claim to be a legitimate business and will NEVER CANCEL OR REFUND YOUR MONEY. I got completely scammed and I hope you see this before you do too!

      I ordered tickets from this website for an upcoming event, but I never received anything. Despite multiple attempts to contact customer support, I received no response. This has been a frustrating experience, and I want to warn others about this situation. Please be cautious and do not purchase tickets from this company, as I believe they are not legitimate.

      Ordered ticket to Astro game for tomorrow- took my money as soon as I hit buy… Contact go ticket next day, act like I don’t exist - in fact, they BLOCKED NE !!!They should be investigated & SHUT DOWN

      DO NOT BUY from these crooks! Purchased tickets, discovered that they were 6 times the price they were elsewhere. Went to cancel before the tickets were even digitally delivered to me and they refused.

      Do not buy from Go Tickets if you actually want to go to the event. I purchased tickets for the Ringling Brothers circus in Hampton, VA 3 weeks in advance - didn't get my tickets, didn't get my tickets - called them and they told me the seller oversold and couldn't deliver the tickets but did i want cheaper tickets. No - i did NOT! They use illegitimate sellers.

      Do not use GoTickets! Charged double the cost of the actual ticket and $56 service fee. No idea I was not dealing with the venue box office online ticket sales. If the GoTickets site pops up when buying tickets, close it & contact the theater box office instead. Basically an online ticket scalper, but concert wasn't anywhere near sold out. Rip-off!

      Do not use. Was redirected from a website to Go Marketplace LLC thinking we were ordering tickets from a theater in Branson. Realized the mistake within 20 minutes of placing the order. Tried to cancel at that time and could not. Called their support number. There is no way to talk with someone - just standard answers from their message tree. Do not use.

      Scam company. Do not use. They take your money, no contact support. Deliver bogus tix you cannot print or Apple Wallet download.
      After you pay by CC they send you an email with a link to ID yourself ( by uploading your license and CC) before they are able to safely email deliver your tix. After you do that they send what looks like a legit email with your tix info that says click here to get tix. But unfortunately you cannot receive the actual tix in any way.
