    I use Zeely to promote my own tailoring or restoration site, I've had a lot of orders since I set up the ad campaigns and launched them, so the app works really well and that's the main thing I needed.     There is no mentioning of the additional charges for posting an advertisement on Facebook until after signing up and paying the subscription fee. Upon learning of this additional charge for posting on Facebook, I immediately cancelled my subscription on the same day that the subscription was started and asked for a refund, explaining that paying those extra charges was not affordable as a new business. A representative from Zeely named "Amelia" replied with, "Regrettably, based on our Terms of Service, we are not able to process your subscription refund requests. Please, learn more about our Refund Policies here: https://help.zeely.app/terms-of-service/." After reading through the Terms of Service, there is no information about receiving a refund. I took it upon myself to locate refund information, which is posted on the separate Subscription and Refund Policy document; after reading the entire document, the closest information says: "Payments made under these Terms are not subject to a refund. We may review your specific case, reserving the right to make a final decision on the possibility of a refund. Please contact us and describe your issue." If a company charges separately for a subscription plus per individual service and does not give any information or warning about these separate charges until after the subscription has started, with no consideration for giving a refund due to its own information negligence - which is how Zeely runs its business - that company is a scam and illegitimate company doing illegitimate business.
