      If your considering Valor Homes to replace your roof you’re making a huge mistake “DON’T”. They hide behind the cloak of giving disabled veterans roofs at no cost while they take advantage of the rest of us. I am a 25 year retired 100 percent disabled veteran and they charged me 28,000 dollars to put a roof on a 1650 square foot rancher style home. You should shop around my mistake!!! They promised professional service that a veteran like me would appreciate. What did I get for this price? Good question, within an hour of the crew arriving the supervisor of the crew was in the back of my house going to the bathroom. Keep in mind my neighbors have small children who play in that same area. When I complained To his supervisor I was told that it was fine because he goes to the bathroom outdoors and I probably did too. We’re not in the military anymore and no it’s not appropriate for you to just pick a spot in my yard to relieve yourself, especially when you know nothing of your surroundings. One of the roofers showed up to work in canvas low top converse shoes and a pair of silky basketball shorts and a T-shirt. This young man ended up falling off my roof and totally damaged my gutters. This accident was totally avoidable, With a little risk mitigation, Like proper clothing. When I asked about his attire I was told that what he was wearing was within OSHA requirements. I will let you look it up and form your own. Their claim is they help veterans, no veteran would think this kind of service is professional. I warn you their prices are higher and they don’t stand behind their work or have properly trained crews. Buyer beware 25 year Ret US Army 1SG
