"Through the Riverside Payments company, they made me sign a 48-month NON-CANCELLABLE contract with Cascade, however the person who went to my business never mentioned that my contract would not be with Riverside payments but with other third parties, they never mentioned Cascade, they only made me put my name as my signature and then click until I signed all the pages, I did not have the opportunity to review the contract, the next day that I saw the contract they sent me and signed, I saw many things that the saleswoman never mentioned, and nowhere in the contract did it say what she promised me, the entire contract is designed only for their benefit, immediately contacted her and told her that I had many doubts, she only gave me a number to call, but no one knew how to resolve my doubts, the third day I sent an email requesting to cancel this contract and to date after 3 months no one has given me a solution, the only thing they tell me is that I should sign a NON-CANCELLABLE contract and that it is not convenient for me to cancel because I would have to pay for the 48 months that I signed. It is very frustrating to be dealing with a company that works with many third parties and in the end you don't know who to deal with, because no one wants to help you, and it's even more frustrating to know that I have the right to cancel my contract due to the cooling-off period rule and yet they still won't let me cancel."
