      I AM NOT SURE HOW THIS PLACE HAS A 5 STAR RATING!!!! THIS PLACE IS DISGUSTING, Food is not served on a regular schedule so food is usually cold instead of warm. They do not make meals according to the patients individual needs, as in my mother is diabetic and they kept giving her meals with lots of carbs and sugars. Half of the staff was seriously rude and very disrespectful!! Was very difficult to find someone to let visitors in the door or to be let out. Most of the time no one is available to answer phone calls. They refused to do necessary lab work on my mother to check for her recurring UTI. Therapy was not set on a regular schedule, some days she got it and some days she didn't. My mother came out after 2 weeks with PTSD due to her treatment by some staff members. She was left sitting in her own feces for long periods of time due to no one answering her call button to help her to to the bathroom, then was yelled at by staff for messing herself. Her bedsheets were not changed the whole time she was there. Just the bed pads were. So her sheets had feces in them when I was packing her up to leave!! If I could rate this place a negative star rating I would!! DO NOT SEND ANYONE YOU LOVE TO THIS PLACE!!
