      Although I paid in person prior to my scan I have been sent a bill every month demanding I pay the same amount as the company has no documentation of the in person payment. Leaving a review to warn other patients and to beware of scam like paperwork. The onus is on the paying patient to prove that they have indeed paid otherwise the bill gets sent to a collection agency. Absolutely ridiculous!

      I was scheduled 2 weeks out for my 7 year old's brain MRI. She is having bad headaches and our doctor fears the worst.. 2 hours before our appointment they call and say insurance didn't go through.. I sent them 2 weeks ago. After calling insurance and figuring it all out .. they call back again and say sorry we actually don't take kids that young?!?!?! Ms. Hamilton the supervisor refused to talk to me, I spoke with insurance and they claim to accept 7 year old's.. so I'm stuck talking to a poor front desk lady because the supervisor said specifically not to give her phone number. She had promised to call earlier and never did.. So now I have a child that may have progressive brain cancer and I wait 2 weeks to now desperately try to find another way.. they all pointed the finger to scheduling, and insurance decision etc.. not only is it obvious there whole operations is questionable at best but I don't want to even think what their horrible service could have caused the life of my daughter.. miss ******** and ***** the ops manager will have the blood on her hands and won't even help the poor front desk workers even though she answers their phone calls quickly. Disgrace

      DELAWARE IMAGING was recommended by my family doctor for several requested MRI studies. I spent more than one hour on hold waiting for a scheduling person to answer the endless recorded message. The looping recording never was answered; but I was promised by the office receptionist that someone would call me first thing in the following morning to schedule the MRI's; but sadly, no one returned the call to set up the needed appointments on the following day. Not only that; but on another call, to Delaware Imaging, a scheduling person tried to set me up for a CAT scan to be completed at their DOVER Delaware location. The reason that is such a problem, is that I live in WILMINGTON, Delaware! I did not ask for an appointment 45 miles away! She said that it was the ONLY appointment that was available! I told her there must be some mistake; as they must be able to offer appointments in New Castle County; but she said that she did not have any! This business is totally unprofessional and needs to be avoided by all people in need of medical imaging. PLEASE CARE CHRISTIANA CARE IMAGING if you find yourself in need of a CAT scan, ULTRASOUND; or MRI. Delaware Imaging cannot even handle setting up appointments, I cannot imagine how they would mismanage the actual health studies!

      No follow-up or return call was ever received by me from DELAWARE IMAGING. They must have enough business not to need to schedule any customers needing appointments. I tried to make contact with them more than 6 times in a two day period. I have advise my family physician on how they handle making their MRI and CAT scan appointments.

      This company has the worst service. They canceled my appointment due to a rep from the company making an error. I have health issues and in need of a MRI. I switched medical company's and gave them my new member ID. It was never entered in the system. A supervisor was suppose to contact me for a different appointment and he never did. The location is in Middletown.

      I have previously had tests done through the Delaware Imaging site at the previous Limestone Road location and never had an issue. This year, I had multiple issues. I tried to schedule an appointment at the location where I had always gone as it was listed on the appointment portal. After multiple failed attempts, I gave up and, instead, called for an appointment. The person with whom I spoke was very helpful and made an appointment for me, explaining that there was a new Limestone location. I arrived early as I wanted to also have an x-ray done, hopefully before my other test. When my name was called, I was told that my appointment was not listed. I said that I had received an e-mail previously about an appointment scheduled in Dover. I had called right away and cancelled that appointment. However, the day before my appointment, I received another message about my Dover appointment. I was asked if I would at least like to have the x-ray done as I was there. After waiting for an hour, I was called. I had to walk across the hall as the equipment was in a different office. I had to undress where the equipment was located which I felt it was a bit invasive. The test took 10 minutes. When I checked my e-mail later, I had a reminder about my Limestone Road appointment for THAT DAY. I was not happy. I called to cancel all appointments as I had been told that there were several Dover appointments. When the person mentioned setting up a new appointment, I told her that I wouldn’t be doing that. I went online instead, found a location closer to my home, .and scheduled my test with them instead. People were wonderful, but system stinks. Never again.

      The Dover location is wonderful. Excellent staff and services. Their BILLING group is horrendous! My ultrasound was in March, I paid for two services when I arrived at the office. After the first test it was determined that the second one was unnecessary and they refunded my money on the spot. Imagine my surprise when I received a bill for the test they did not perform. I called them and they apologized and said it would be corrected. Then I begin receiving collections calls. I call again and they say that the person I talked to first did not submit the paperwork correctly and they would fix it. I receive another collections notice (thankfully the calls stopped) and call them again today to hear the same thing. They are going to contact collections remediation and have this fixed. It has been 6 months. Their billing group is horrible. All it would take is someone with half a brain to fix this.
